Arrows, like ninjas, follow the Conservation Of Ninjutsu principle.

One arrow: Certain hit!
Rain of arrows: No problem!

    "what was close?" LOL
  • This was a decent week for comic-book releases, after several lighter weeks, and “Fantastic Four” #587 was the most-hyped book of the bunch. ...

There were definitely arrow heads in Feudal Japan, but not always.

The villagers are using hand made arrows that were turned out just for this fight. The Wataro army would be more likely to have arrows with heads, but if not, you fire whatever you happen to have.

Finally, drawing lots of arrows is a pain.

This has probably been asked before but why do those arrows not have heads? You know, those barbed metal things that stick in your body and take a pound of your flesh with them when you try to take them out. Or is this a piece of Japanese weapons history I'm not versed in?

Noooooo!!!!! Curse you for including a tv tropes link. I've read that page before and I still got sucked in. Here go the next seven hours of my life. D:

BTW...I'm of the opinion the Cho knows exactly what happened, and that it was intentional, he just likes messing with Yori.

    His face said "OMG..."

    Nothing better to say.

What you don't know is with those arrows, Cho is now getting great reception to his favorite cinemax channel. not only can that hat protect him from arrows its also can be used as a flotation device.

I'm thinking that Shounen got hit. Unless the yell was misleading; in that case I'd bet it was Ina.
  • Jerod
That's probably the whole reason Cho has been wearing that hat all this time.
  • jaded
    OMG you almost killed him!
